Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY (CMSA U7 to U19):

Once you have registered with West Hills United, you may withdraw your application for a refund minus a $100 administration fee per player. No refunds will be issued after evaluations begin as of March 24, 2023.

*Exceptions made for season-ending injuries, and refunds will be pro-rated.

REFUND POLICY (WHU Minis/House League U3-U10):

Once you have registered with West Hills United, you may withdraw your application for a refund minus a $50 administration fee per player. Due to the tight timelines of securing field space and coordinating team rosters, no refunds will be issued after March 24, 2023.
