How To Register
West Hills United, Signal Hill and Triwest use an online registration system for all three identities.
Our online registration system requires that you setup a member account (email address and contact details). Once you have completed this, you will use this same account in future years. Please make a note of your account name (it will be your e-mail address) and password.
Once you have created your account, you will need to purchase a membership from one of the many communities that we serve. You will also need to register your player(s) as the system will not process the purchase of a membership on it’s own.

West Hills United Soccer is a volunteer run not-for-profit organization that relies on volunteers in order to provide quality soccer training to our members at a reasonable cost. While our organization is supported by some paid staff, volunteers are the foundation of our organization and we cannot operate without them. As an organization, we understand that not all parents have the capacity to fulfill a volunteer role. As a result, we offer parents the option to choose a volunteer or non-volunteer membership upon registration.
Those who are unable to fulfill a volunteer commitment are required to pay a fee over and above the registration fee for the first two registered players. The fees are $100 per player for the first 2 players. Families with additional children registered in our soccer program are not required to pay additional volunteer fees.
For those families who do choose a volunteer role, the responsibility is to provide 3 – 5 hours of volunteer service at the club level per child for the first two children. Additional children do not require additional service hours. It is important to distinguish between club level and team level duties. ALL registrants are expected to provide some volunteering at the team level. The non-volunteer fee relieves the registrant from providing club level volunteering, but not team level duties. The following list outlines club level and team level duties.
* Registrants will be able to express interest in a board or committee position during registration, however, this will not guarantee a committee or board position. Positions will be filled based on needs and abilities and may also be subject to a vote at an AGM.
** Depending upon the length and timing of the shift, a casino shift may fulfill the volunteer requirement for two or more children or two seasons if only one child is registered.
*** Volunteering as part of the coaching team or team manager will fulfill the volunteer requirement for all players in the program.
Upon completion of your service hours, your status will be changed from Pending to Complete on the registration system. At the end of each soccer season, those parents who registered as a volunteering member but did not fulfill their volunteer commitment will be charged the applicable volunteer fee per child, to a maximum of two children. This is to ensure fairness and equitable treatment of all families, especially those who paid the non-volunteer fee upfront knowing they are not able to fulfill a volunteer role. All parents are required to participate at the team level and are encouraged to discuss their fulfillment of this obligation with their child’s team manager.
Volunteering at the team level will not count towards fulfilling the club volunteer requirement.
